Michelle Itzkowitz

Yoga and meditation have been a part of Michelle's life for over 20 years and have been her saving grace through many challenging life experiences. She uses her knowledge and growth to inspire her students to continue pushing forward, and believe in the strength and beauty of every moment and every breath of every day. Yoga inspires Michelle to meet each moment with mindfulness and to cultivate happiness and joy with whomever she meets.
Michelle is an E-RYT 500 with over 1000 hours of formal training with highly acclaimed teachers from coast to coast. She is currently studying with yoga master Dr. Tejvinder Monga in a 1000 hour Master Program. She lives life as a student first and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her. Through the teacher training program, Michelle hopes to inspire and educate those on the path of yoga to live their most authentic lives. Michelle is also a PCP, or Professional Chef, as a 1997 graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Her formal graduate studies in health, wellness and nutrition at Framingham State University led her on the path of teaching public school and thus the creation of Cape Cod Yoga School. She is also a student of Ayurveda and incorporates these principles in her daily life. Her vision and mission is to educate the whole person, from the inside out. |
Kirsten van der Bil
E-RYT 200, PRYT, YACEP, LMT
Kirsten is an experienced yoga teacher, having graduated from Kind Yoga in 2011. She studies Embodyoga with developer Patty Townsend, and is working towards her 500 hour certification under Patty's Guidance. Kirsten recently completed a 90 hour prenatal teacher training with Corrine Andrews, owner of Yoga Center Amherst and developer of Birthing Mama, an online program for prenatal yoga and wellness.
Kirsten attended Spa Tech Institute of Massage Therapy and is a 650 hour Licensed Massage Therapist as of March 2017. Through therapeutic touch, Kirsten's greatest wish is to give a tangible form to the practice of yoga. By communicating subtly through touch and differentiating different layers of tissue, her clients gain an embodied sense of their own anatomy and alignment. |
Danielle Nardi

Danielle is a 200-hour vinyasa trained yoga teacher specializing in yoga for athletes and special populations. She believes that everyone can benefit from yoga and hopes to continue to work to make yoga accessible to everyone!
Danielle currently splits her time between Cape Cod and Boston, where she is completing her doctorate in physical therapy. |

Tina Gurupashna Vaughn, is loved throughout the Yoga and Meditation Community for her warm-hearted and genuine leadership that has changed lives. Tina is an accomplished yoga and meditation teacher with an impressive 10 year career that includes studio management, teacher trainings, and advanced workshops in addition to her ongoing Gentle Yoga and Meditation classes. Beyond her local influence, Tina is a faculty member of the Namah Shivaya International School of Yoga and Meditation.
Tina offers Meditation Teacher Training. Tina’s kirtan group , Namah Shivaya Kirtan (call and response chanting) is dedicated to bringing kirtan to the local community. Having been born and raised in India, she has a powerful connection with the yogic lifestyle, allowing her to skillfully bring that practice to others. |
