Graduates of this program have experienced deep personal transformation though this in depth study. As your practice deepens, you will begin to notice a shift into a clearer and more integrated sense of self. This program will offer insights into your best self, and you might offer that best self in service to others.
The faculty of this training includes 4 experts in their fields. Michelle focuses on history, philosophy, asana, pranayama, languaging, sequencing and the business of yoga as well as Ayurveda, Natanya offers transformational breathwork, teaching skill and practice, Tina offers all phases of meditation and internal focus and Danielle leads in anatomy, movement, adaptive yoga and from the perspective that we all move in our own unique ways. All teachers encourage individuality, as opposed to teaching the same. They believe that we teach people not poses and through that belief offer a practical approach to the study of yoga for oneself and for others.

Participating in the summer intensive Yoga Teacher Training at innerglow yoga was wonderful! Yes, there was a lot of information to learn and the days were filled with yoga and lectures, but I was so grateful I took the opportunity to challenge myself and enroll in the training. Many aspects of innerglow yoga teacher training made the experience meaningful and joyful for me. Both the yoga studio and the teacher training school were just beautiful and comfortable. The yoga sites provided all yoga needs and most definitely surpassed my idea of what would be available for me to use as a student. The location was also very convenient with lots of parking and access to stores and eateries. I felt connected to the other students in the training and I was grateful to have the opportunity to meet such incredible individuals. We all worked together as a team to learn the information, support each other and learn from each other. The instructor, Michele, was available for all questions and helped with learning and exploring yoga techniques. Overall the experience was well worth the time, money and energy. DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE
Teacher training offers first and foremost an opportunity to explore your practice. You learn what resonates most with your physical self, and if it feels right, share your practice and discoveries with others.
PURPOSE
Teacher training has a way of paving the path to your highest self. Yoga is a practice of finding union, and purpose is how you express that journey.

Yoga is a spiritual practice. A teacher training will shed light on what speaks to your highest self.
TRANSFORM
Taking teacher training will offer a platform for deep transformation. Your body will grow stronger, your breath will become your guide, and your mind will receive the gifts of your practice. Yoga will offer insights into your best self, and you might offer that best self in service to others.
CHALLENGE YOURSELF
In yoga's foundational teaching, the yoga sutras, there is a list of positive duties. One is self-study, or Svadhyaya. Your yoga teacher training can be an amazing opportunity to learn yourself, your dreams, and your path.
